1. Service Overview

DocHub operates as a professional documentation intermediary. We facilitate the request and digital delivery of official student documents through verified administrative channels. By using our platform, you acknowledge that we act as your authorized representative for these specific document requests.

2. User Obligations

To ensure a successful application, users must comply with the following:

• Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of names, registration numbers, and dates provided. DocHub is not liable for errors in final documents resulting from user-provided typos.
• Proof of Ownership: You must only request documents for which you are the rightful owner. Unauthorized requests are strictly prohibited.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We maintain a fair and transparent refund policy to protect both the student and the service provider:

• Full Refund (100%): Issued if DocHub is unable to process your request due to internal technical errors or if the service becomes unavailable.
• Cancellation Fee (30%): If you choose to cancel an order after the "Processing" stage has begun but before completion, a 30% administrative fee is deducted to cover labor and logistics.
• No Refund: No refunds are issued once a document has been successfully delivered digitally or if a document is rejected due to false information provided during the application.

4. Delivery & Timelines

Processing times are estimates and vary based on the specific document and administrative workload. Standard processing is 1-7 business days. Users are encouraged to monitor their order status through the real-time Order Tracker.

5. Privacy & Data Security

Your sensitive data is protected using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your documents longer than necessary for delivery, and we never share your personal information with third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.
